Our 2-year EU warranty
Every PetPulse device is built to last — and backed by a no-nonsense warranty across the EU.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Electronics, sensors, motors and rechargeable batteries
- App connectivity hardware failures
- Normal-use wear that causes loss of function within 24 months
What's not covered
- Accidental damage (drops, water damage, chewing)
- Cosmetic wear that doesn't affect function
- Use outside the product's intended purpose
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
How long & where
24 months from the date of delivery, valid across all EU member states. The original order email is your proof of purchase.
Make a claim
Email support@petpulse.eu with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll reply within 1 business day with next steps and a prepaid return label.
