Repaired, not replaced

We build PetPulse to last — and we fix it when it doesn't. Better for your pet, kinder to the planet.

How it works

  1. Email support@petpulse.eu with your order number and a short description (photo or video helps).
  2. We diagnose remotely and reply within 1 business day.
  3. If a repair is needed, we send a prepaid return label.
  4. Our Rotterdam workshop typically repairs within 7 days of receipt.
  5. We ship it back to you, ready to go.

Under warranty

Free — parts, labour and shipping both ways. If we can't repair it, we replace it. See Warranty for what's covered.

Out of warranty

Fixed-fee service from €29, with a quote sent before any work starts. We keep spare parts available for at least 5 years after a product is discontinued.

A loaner while you wait

For feeders and water fountains, we can ship a loaner device for the repair window so your pet's routine isn't interrupted. Just ask.
