The basics
- 30 days from delivery to change your mind
- Free returns from any EU country with a prepaid label
- Light use is fine — your pet had to test it
- No restocking fees, ever
How to return
- Email returns@petpulse.eu with your order number.
- We'll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Pack the device in its original box if possible and drop it at the carrier.
- Once received, we issue a full refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Defective on arrival?
If anything arrives broken, head to our Warranty page — we'll handle it as a warranty claim, not a return.
